Summary
The target of the project is a research of the web services orchestration. Application area is GeoWeb. The research will be targeted mainly on architecture point of view. We know that there are no rules how to build platform independent web services orchestras in the area of GeoWeb. The goal of this project is preparing implementation rules for GeoWeb orchestras.
First phase should analyse available business processes languages (such as XLANG, WSFL, WSBPEL, BPML, XPDL, JLS, C#S), that are necessary for chaining services.
The target of a second phase is building knowledge base for orchestras. We will be analysing necessary conditions for running and building orchestras in the GeoWeb environment. In the second year we are going to provide user analysis for building necessary graphical user interface (GUI), that enables orchestration for all GIS users in platform independent way.
Third phase should provide pilot working of prepared rules, architecture and system.
